Dislocated Worker

A dislocated or displaced worker is a person who has been fired due to environmental reasons beyond the control of the individual. When a person meets one of the following conditions, it is considered dislocated . Has been dismissed, or received a dismissal notice, and is unlikely to return to the profession. Was fired due to business closure. Self-employed, but now due to natural disasters, or unforeseen economic events are out of work. Is a housewife who has lost her spouse. She is unemployed and cannot find a job.
