When will my language be supported?
Tommy plans to extend support for many languages. The order of their becoming available is informed by the demand from users. If you have a specific language you’d love to see in Tommy please contact us and let us know.
How can I change language in Tommy?
Open Tommy APP Click Account button in left menu Click Language Select your preferred language then click the save icon. Note: Language change does not translate user generated content (Team Names, etc).
How does Tommy manage data residency?
Tommy has adopted best practices for Data Sovereignty. If Tommy has servers within your country then Personally Identifiable data will be stored within your country. If Tommy does not yet have servers within your country then your data is stored within our global data centre (AWS in USA). If Tommy expands operations into your country we will alert you in advance that your data will be migrated to your own country.
