Managing referrals
Tommy Partners can earn money by referring new teams to Tommy. The Referrals section within your Partner Dashboard is where you’ll see the list of pending and successful referrals that you’ve made to Tommy.
Referrals may originate from your special link or by successful submission of referral claim. They may also be from Development Teams that you have transferred to the team owner either as an independent or managed team.
Please do note that referral benefits are different depending on if the referral is referral only or part of a managed team.
Referral Summary
The history for all referrals and their status are visible for Tommy Partners to inspect and export. The data for each referral includes the date of referral, the date of account registration, the subscription plan, and the revenue amount for the period specified. Specific payment transactions/line items maybe exported from the financial section.
Claim a Referral
If you have referred a Team to Tommy though for whatever reason they have not registered via your special link or have a pre-existing inactive account you can within a reasonable period of time, apply to have that referral associated to your account by following these steps:
- Login to your Partner Dashboard and click Referrals.
- Click Claim a referral.
- Specify the details of your referral and click Submit.
- You’ll receive an email from Tommy as the claim is processed.
