About the Tommy Partner Program
The Tommy Partner Program is for managed service providers (MSPs), accountants, bookkeepers, designers, developers, and affiliates who use the Tommy platform to create or support engaging employee experiences. We offer partners four ways to grow their business and earn reoccurring revenue:
- • refer clients to Tommy;
- • gain new clients in the Tommy Experts Marketplace;
- • create mini programs and publish them in the Tommy Mini Program Store;
- • create themes and publish them in the Tommy Theme Store.
Your clients will enjoy our cross-platform employee experience that allows them to operate reliably and effectively. Tommy offers both theme and mini program (function) customisation to help you deliver exactly what your client is seeking.

As a Tommy Partner, you have access to in-depth documentation and other resources that will help you connect and support your clients and grow your business. Tommy Partners are assigned a dedicated Partner Success Representative that will outline more benefits available to you as a Partner including product roadmap insight, access to product education and certification, and early access to new features.
Become a Tommy Partner
The Tommy Partner Program has no joining fee to get started and for every team you refer, theme or mini program you create, you’ll receive ongoing monthly income from Tommy.

The Tommy Experts Marketplace is a community of trusted Tommy Partners who help teams big and small to reach their employee experience potential by providing high-quality consulting services. The marketplace was built to accelerate the time to optimal benefit for Tommy clients worldwide and recognises Tommy’s commitment to building an ecosystem for ongoing improvement in the employee experience space.
Inclusion within the Tommy Experts Marketplace is currently by invitation only. If you wish to be considered in our next batch of Tommy Partners for inclusion you must first demonstrate proven experience in each of the service categories you wish to be included. We are currently developing short courses and assessments for validation, if you wish to be included within a trial cohort please contact your Partner Success Representative for details.
