Employer NI (15% above threshold), pension auto-enrolment (3%) and holiday accrual (12.07%) stack on top of every rota hour.

Does this include overtime premiums?

No — UK law sets no statutory overtime rate. If your contracts pay premiums, add them into the average rate.

How do I cut the cost without cutting hours?
