We are committed to building software and systems to improve the relationship that hourly workers have with their workplaces, which ultimately leads to positive commercial and personal success.
- Product Tommy is the all-in-one employee app that includes employee scheduling, time and attendance, and messaging out of the box. The first team to use Tommy was our own. Tommy started out as a purpose built employee scheduling system. Our technology was then overhauled into an expandable open platform to meet the demands of a joint venture where we provided in-home care to pensioners in Asia. Today, Tommy can be configured to work for teams of 2 to +2000, whether they’re waiting tables in restaurants, selling in retail stores, or providing care in nursing homes Tommy’s employee scheduling, messaging, time and attendance offering is ready for the challenge.
