Your Personal Information that is deleted with an account delete request does not apply to the data about our customers’ users or prospective users which Tommy processes as a service provider on our customers’ behalf. (please see Tommy’s Service Provider Privacy Policy for related details).
Example: Things such as your timesheet and time clock history maybe held by employers as financial records required to be retained, Tommy may process this data as a Service Provider only and requests related to such data should be addressed to you previous places of employment in such a case.

How to delete your Tommy Account?
To delete the account that you have created on MyTommy.com or the Tommy apps you may do so by following the steps below:
- Login to your account.
- Within the left menu, find the settings icon next to your name.
- Select the “My details” option within the menu.
- Select the “Tommy account” option within the My Details screen.
- Enter “DELETE” into the input field and click confirm.
Note: If you are the owner of a team account, you must first delete or transfer ownership of your team(s) prior to deleting you Tommy Account. In such a case on the “Tommy account” screen, a list of any account that you are the owner of will be shown along with a link to take you to delete that team or transfer that team account to another Tommy Account.
